Mother's Day is nearly upon us and if you've yet to buy a present for someone special, there's still time to arrange something.
This year, Mother's Day takes place on Sunday, March 15, in the UK.
One recommendation is to "pledge to do something nice for Mum".
MSE has free printable 'Mother's Day gift cheques' which "let you create vouchers for your mum". The article adds: "You could offer to do the washing up for a week, cook her dinner, or take her out for the day. When she presents it, you fulfil your pledge."
MSE is also letting people know that they can get flowers for mum from £1. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Co-op, and Morrisons are stocking bunches of daffodils for £1.
Aldi's most affordable bunch of flowers is a Pocket Money Posy for £1.99, whilst Lidl is offering a Pocket Money Pink Posy for £1.89. There are numerous other choices for £10 or less across all the aforementioned supermarkets, including roses, tulips and carnations.
M&S has bouquets, with free delivery, from £25. And Lego is supplying a free Lego pink rose at 19 of its UK stores.
Lego states the event is designed for children aged 10 and above. To obtain the complimentary pink rose you'll need to visit any participating shop on Saturday, March 14, between 10am and midday, or on Sunday, March 15, between midday and 2pm.
Lego said the following shops are excluded:
