The Magpies have won just one of their last 13 games in all competitions, a 2-0 win at Goodison Park last week. Callum Wilson scored twice to secure a crucial three points for Steve Bruce’s side, who sit 16th in the table – eight points clear of the relegation zone – following their recent awful run of form. In fact, Newcastle have turned it around on the pitch recently as they have pushed forward and showed attacking intent.
