A third Venezuelan man, Gabriel Alejandro Hernandez Ledezma, who lived nearby, was also arrested after the 14 January incident, but a court filing shows he was taken to an ICE detention facility in Texas, and was later returned to Minnesota and released by order of a federal judge.
