A Massachusetts woman pleaded not guilty Wednesday to aggravated intimidation of a witness, juror or person furnishing information in connection with criminal proceedings, a day after she was arrested outside the courthouse where jurors in Lindsay Clancy’s triple-murder trial are deliberating.
Dawn Light, 56, of Sutton, was arrested outside of the Plymouth District Courthouse Tuesday around 3:40 p.m., Massachusetts State Police confirmed to The Independent, but added that no further information was available.
Light was allegedly caught recording jurors as they left the courthouse, where her filming was noticed, sources reportedly told CBS News Boston reporter Kristina Rex.
Prosecutors requested $50,000 cash bail at Light’s arraignment Wednesday, Court TV reports.
Light’s arrest comes hours after a 12-person jury, made up of nine women and three men, told the judge Tuesday morning that they were deadlocked after more than 17 hours of deliberations. Judge William Sullivan instructed them to continue working toward a unanimous verdict.

The jurors continued deliberating for several more hours before asking to be dismissed around 3:30 p.m., bringing their total deliberation time to about 23 hours over four days. They were ordered to return Wednesday morning to resume deliberations.
