Pamela Anderson has tied the knot with film producer Jon Peters.

On Monday, the Baywatch actor married the Hollywood mogul – best known for the films A Star Is Born, Flashdance and Batman – in a private ceremony in Malibu more than 35 years after they first dated.

The 52-year-old former model began dating the 74-year-old film producer last year. However, the newlyweds briefly dated in the mid-’80s after meeting at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Peters said: “There are beautiful girls everywhere. I could have my pick, but, for 35 years, I’ve only wanted Pamela. 

“She makes me wild, in a good way. She inspires me. I protect her and treat her the way she deserves to be treated.”

The film producer added that there is “much more” to the actor than meets the eye and that she is still “yet to shine”.

While Anderson did not comment on their nuptials, she did share a poem to explain her love for her new husband, who she referred to as the “original bad boy of Hollywood”.

“No one compares. I love him deeply like family,” Anderson said.

“His life used to scare me. So much for a girl like me. Now I’ve seen more of life and realise…he’s been there all along.”

The actor went on to explain that the couple “understand and respect each other” and “love each other without conditions”.

“I’m a lucky woman,” she concluded. “Proof, god has a plan.”

The nuptials mark Anderson’s fifth marriage. The star was previously married to performer Tommy Lee between 1995 and 1998 and the pair share two adult sons, Brandon and Dylan.

Anderson was also married to musician Kid Rock from 2006 until 2007, and married poker player Rick Salomon twice. 

Their first union in 2007 was annulled the following year but they found each other again and married in 2014 before getting a divorce in 2015.
