A&E doctor and ex-Love Island star Alex George has been speaking about his "overwhelming week" following his government appointment as youth mental health ambassador.
Last year he lost his brother, Llŷr, to suicide, at he age of 19.
He told BBC Breakfast his family had not been aware his brother had been struggling - and said he hoped to change perceptions about the stigma surrounding mental health in his new role.
