Anti-government protesters have taken to the streets of the Haitian capital Port-au-Prince to demand the resignation of President Jovenel Moïse.
His opponents say that his term came to an end on Sunday but he argues he has another year left in office.
Amid the protests, police arrested 23 people for allegedly plotting a coup against Mr Moïse.
