I’ll give New Jersey a little respect! The race has tightened up there, but not in the way Virginia has. New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy had an 8 percentage point lead over Republican challenger Jack Ciattarelli in the last poll I saw, much smaller margin than the a 26-point lead Murphy had back in May.
