Melania Trump was seen laughing after King Charles cracked a joke during a tour of the White House’s newly installed beehive on Monday (27 April).
The King and Queen Camilla are in the US for a four-day state visit. It is the King’s first trip to the US as monarch, as well as being the first state visit of any British monarch since 2007.
After the royals were greeted by the US president and the First Lady, they enjoyed a private tea before being given a tour of the White House gardens.
Whilst they inspected a newly installed beehive in the shape of the White House, the First Lady could be seen in a fit of giggles as she spoke to Charles.
